Continuation bet (cbet) frequency on the flop is determined by the interaction of range advantage, nut advantage, board texture, and position. In single raised pots, most solvers prescribe high-frequency cbets on dry boards (A72r, K52r) with small sizings, and mixed-frequency cbets on wet boards (987 two-tone) with larger sizings. Cbet frequency varies significantly by position: EP vs BB configurations differ substantially from BTN vs BB. In multiway spots, cbet frequency should be drastically reduced as range advantage diminishes with additional players involved.
