High card is the weakest hand in poker, formed when there is no combination among the five cards: no pair, straight, flush, or any other combination. The winner between two high card hands is determined by the highest card; in case of a tie, the second highest card is compared, and so on. Despite being the weakest hand, it can win if the opponent folds to a bluff.
