An open-ended straight draw (OESD), also called a two-way straight draw, occurs when a player holds four consecutive cards that can be completed by two different card values. For example, holding 6-7-8-9 can be completed by a 5 or a 10. With 8 outs, it has approximately 31% probability of completing with two cards to see.
