The Progressive Knockout (PKO) is a tournament format where each player carries a bounty on their head. When eliminating an opponent, you receive half of their bounty immediately while the other half is added to your own bounty. This creates progressively growing bounties throughout the tournament, encouraging confrontations and significantly altering optimal strategy.
