The redline (also called non-showdown winnings line) represents the accumulated EV of pots won without reaching showdown, including steals, successful bluffs, and forced opponent folds. An ascending redline indicates the player is winning pots through pressure and aggression without needing to show cards. Players with a strong redline generally have high fold equity and effective bluffing strategies. In isolation, a high redline is insufficient if the blueline (showdown EV) is very negative, indicating excessive bluffing or poor value betting.
